How to Place an Order

Before You Order
- We recommend checking the creator’s profile to see which shipping methods they offer.
- If you need a different delivery option or faster shipping, please contact the creator via the platform before placing your order to request a custom shipping arrangement.
- Please communicate politely and promptly with creators, and always use the platform’s messaging system to ensure clear and traceable communication.
After Placing Your Order
- Once payment is processed, your order is confirmed.
- The creator has 5 business days to prepare and ship your order.
- After shipping, the creator will provide you with a tracking number and URL via the platform within 2 business days so you can monitor the delivery.
Once You Receive Your Order
- Check the contents of your parcel upon arrival.
- Please confirm receipt within 2 business days using the platform to let us and the creator know everything is in order.

WHAT CAN BUYERS DO WHEN THERE'S A GLITCH
The creator hasn’t shipped my order on time
- If your order hasn’t been shipped or tracking information hasn’t been provided within the expected timeframe, please contact us directly through the platform so we can follow up.
Shipping is delayed
Transit delays may happen and are often beyond the creator's or our control.
If your parcel appears significantly delayed or may be lost:

First, contact the creator via the platform so they can file a claim with the courier.

Then, inform us so we can assist you and arrange a cancellation or refund if needed.
There's a problem with my order (damaged, defective, or wrong item)
- Please contact us via the platform as soon as possible.
- Include clear photos and a description of the issue so we can support you promptly.
I changed my mind – can I return the item?
- Yes. You have 14 days from delivery to cancel and return your order under your statutory cooling-off rights.
If your order has not yet been shipped, contact the creator immediately to request cancellation.
If your order has already shipped, wait until it arrives, confirm receipt on the platform, and then notify the creator that you'd like to return it.
Please note: Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the item is faulty or not as described.
